Grey Providential Textiles Quality Control peoples are trained to check quality standards of the grey fabrics by checking Construction of fabrics, yarn counts, widths and weight of fabrics.


Singing Process Singing is an anti pilling process, Our Quality Controllers do special attention to monitor the flames to be adjusted in such a way that they burn properly the unwanted threads from the base of fabrics to have better pilling result.


Bleaching & Dyeing Our Quality controllers check the following during Bleaching and Dyeing Process.
*   Whiteness must be as per original sample.
*   Bleaching may be either Hydrogen or Chlorine as per sample.
*   Penetration of the fabric to be excellent exactly as per color's requirement.
*   For dark colors, we advise suppliers to take little wider width as it shrinks too much
     during high temperature dyeing.


Printing Printing of each design is carried out under the strict supervision of our Quality Controllers.
Their Responsibilities is to check
*   Appearance of the design must be as per the customer's original sample.
*   Color Matching of the Design.
*   Registration of each figure must be fixed.
*   Rubbing, Washing & Light fastness.


Finishing Special care will be taken during finishing to achieve the desired finishing standards of the customers.


Fabric Packing (Rolls/Bales) During Packing our Quality Personals supervise the following.
*   Goods must be of "A" Grade.
*   No mixing of "B" Grade.
*   Numbers of joints must be as per agreement.
*   Quantity of the Roll/Bale must be exact as mentioned out side the Roll/Bale.


Cutting, Stitching & Packing (Madeups & Garments) Our Quality Personals check the following.
*   Inline inspection in Stitching.
*   Insert card.
*   Barcodes.
*   Washing Labels.
*   Overall the Presentation of the Pack.
*   Polybag.
*   Stiffener.
*   Cartons Quality.
*   Shipping marks for the carton packing.


Production Status To ensure timely shipment, weekly production status of each & every order is given to keep the customers updated with the progress of their orders.
